Measuring Stars

Here is another star from a measuring device, a folding ruler. This one is made of metal. I took off the fist an last section of the tape measure so the sections were all the same size. Folded it in a star shape and pop riveted the ends together and glued at each point.

  1. Beautiful star. The two knobs in the middle make it look like it has eyes and is looking at me. :}

  5. I had such fun traveling about your blog. I love the window with the quilt idea. You've inspired me. Like the yard stick idea as you can do these so easily in any color. Even clear coat them to preserve their true colors. I'm going to have following along with you. Thank you for having me and I hope you'll stop by to say hello. I'll be following along with you now.
